IH BN Value?

I have located an IH BN tractor. Narrow front, very short left rear axle. It has been repainted with good tires. Hand start. Good compression, started easily. The owner is asking $1500. Is this reasonable?

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery.
