In the late sixties early seventies before all the Harley dealers were milionares and the owners actually worked the parts counter often times a customer would say I have a 65 panhead.The owner would just stare at you with out saying a word until you figured out that you had to say you had a 65FLH or proper model designation.If you didnt you werent getting any parts from him.You could be thrown out for calling a tappet guide a lifter stool.Lifter stool was chopper mag slang and they werent having it.
