County Fair antique tractor parades.

From what I hear the Vanderburgh County Fair in Evansville IN is not going to allow the antique tractor parade drivers to have a rider, or riders on board with them. Any one else heard the same thing for there show or fair.
My opinion is I will abide by the rules even though it bothers me that I cant take my daughter for a ride in the parade. Also I own a prarie tractor and at most shows they require 2 people to be on them so that you can see. I guess they didnt plan for that?
