Last year we had an over abundance of sunflowers sprout where I've never seen em before. They were solid in fields that have been in CRP grass for several years. I don't know if the sunflowers have anything to do with it or not, but now I'm over run with Mice, the suckers are getting under the vehicle hoods and building nest on the engines. They will chew thru wires and vacuum hoses, when it would have been easy to step over them. I have built several, for mouse only Condo's" complete with a full Buffet. It hasn't made a dent in the mouse population that I can tell, so I'm thinking of add'n a beverage to go with the Buffet. Does anyone know if Mice will drink anti freeze??? I don't really care what PETA thinks about this, only you guys.. I don't have any anti freeze here, but I'll head into Town and fetch some if it is the beverage of choice for mice.
