I had an 8n, great tractor and cheap parts. Now have a 1710 ford 4x4, heated cab, shuttle shift, loader. I also have 25 acres and a 1400' driveway. While the tractor is a little less than 30hp, good enough for what I want out of a tractor. You should be able to find either a 1710, 1910, or 2110 around your price range. Or a 20 series, a little newer model, but looks the same to me. Good luck.
