9N has a miss!

I have a 9N that has a dead miss on the #4 cylinder. It misses out when idling or running without a load but when it comes under load it runs smoothly. Have replaced plugs, points, condenser, plug wires, rotor cap, dist. cap, and had carb completely checked out and ok'd. Still no change. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance.
