Got a question for ya...

Just looking for some ideas from the outside. I sold some NOS parts on ebay about 3 - 4 weeks ago. I received the mans check promptly and mailed the parts out USPS on May 20th. It has been two and 1/2 weeks and the guy says he has still not received them. I have no reason not to believe him, but have no tracking # to check. My question is what would be fair to us both? I no longer have the parts and hate to give him his money back, but if he doesn"t have them it is certainly not fair to him to pay for something he didn"t get. Nobody is angry in the least at this point, and I sure don"t want to get to that point. I did have a good clear address and return address, so I don"t know what would have happened. I normally send UPS, but the fellow mentioned he could sure use the parts for a tractor he was working on so I sent them via USPS on Saturday thinking it might speed the box up a day or so. Just wondering what you guys think. Thanks-Bob

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
