If it aint dry enough, its could rain at any moment. I would leave it sit as is and see what the weather does. If it rains then clears up to a nice drying day or 2 youll be ok. I myself would not want the chance or having 650 moldy heating bales. I wouyld rather have 65 good bales that happened to get rained on a bit. Just my opinion. Good luck
