Its at about 35-40% moisture with the dew that cant get burnt off.The sun isnt breaking through and rain is about 6 hr away.It about 8acre of red clover, pretty good stuff and I hate to lose it.I cut sat morning, tedded yesterday morn and didnt sleep a wink last night.Anyways, should I go ahead and windrow or leave it tedded out?I am ready to jump in and bale it at a higher moisture by cranking up the persavative, but even tho I use an accumulater it still takes time to get it up.Theres prolly 650 bales.Really dont know what to do,take a chance and get caught in the rain with bales on the ground, baled at a higher moisture(persavative=$),or leave it and see how much rain we get.Plus I could bale, get crappy bales in the barn and only get a spit of rain. This hobby has its ups and downs.Sorry for the rant...I guess my question for you more experienced is rake or not.
