I'd wait. Just made 700 bales of clover/grass (70/30) myself. Some of the best I have ever made. Seems I am always fighting stem moisture in clover. Really bad when the humidity is up. Takes forever to get ready. If it seems to wet now just wait a day or so after you bale it. I have had it come out black as a used motor oil and hard as a brick. It tested 15-18% baling and a day later was above 30%. Cows don't seem to mind. But I doubt you could sell it. Like others have said, I'd rather put up low(er) quailty hay than moldy wet hay (junk).
