They love people like you. If it had fibers in it, it was contaminated and you should have taken it back. They would have done a search to find the guilty party. We take a sample of every compartment when loaded and the same when unloading and on down the line until put in buckets. It's MANDATORY. Oil, no matter whose it is, is checked extensively. There are mistakes made but it can be found. EXXON MOBIL makes all types of oil and it's sold to all different distributors under all different names but they are very strict when it comes to testing and checking. Their reputation depends on it. I know. We mixed two oils once that were almost identical and I had to pay to replace it. They guarantee the analysis to the tee. I guarantee you. I've been in this business for years.
