The only thing common from a 5088-5488 to any 86 is the engine, the rest of the power train is apples to oranges different. The power train of the 5088-5488 is the base for the Magnum. Those pumps are pricey, But what isn't? The 3088 is a 886 and the 3288 is a 986 with new sheetmetal and a electric shift T/A
