Newly Rebuild 9N Engine smokes Solenoid Help!!

I recently had my 9N engine rebuild by the local Ford Tractor Dealer. I completed the installation and when I went to start it, it turned over very slowly (new Battery) and the solenoid smoked and sparked. Now it does nothing, and I even jumped it with a 12 volt and nothing. I have alot of money invested here as you can imagine with a dealer rebuilt, and I'm very disappointed, PLEASE HELP! Thank You.
