I've got a 2003 6.0 sitting at the dealer that's looking like it needs either it's fourth turbo or second EGR valve not to mention the three ball-joint replacements in 47K miles. I also have a 2006 that's been in 3 times for check engine lights and had the turbo replaced at 800 miles. I got it up to 1100 miles and am holding my breath. We have about 15 assorted Ford trucks at work from 1989 to 2006 and these 2 are fixin' to put an end to that. Also have 2 f-450's 2004 2006 v-10 gas motors, no problems yet.
