crop plans for 07 on hold

Previous renter stopped in and said he had my land enrolled in EQIP no till and if he cant run it he will be way short on his NO till commitment, his other lands were tilled last fall, and I am sure he would have some serious advance payouts to return or something. So we made a deal that he can run it this year, and next year I will be able to aquire the land he rents adjacent to mine, about 100 acres. I hope I made the right decision. So I guess all I will have this spring to plant will be my sweetcorn and help my freind get his 700 acres planted on time. Sigh!:>(
