What is EQIP? Did you notify the renter of termination in legal time? Here in Iowa the deadline is Sept. 1 for the next year. If you terminated before legal time I would be charging a little more rent. Take this from a guy who rents more than 700 acres. There is noway I can tie up land in a program more than one year at a time unless I have a multi year lease. Just my thoughts. Gary
