If you've got a later 5000 with the 256 engine, you've already got as much tractor as you'll ever need to run a high capacity 4x4 baler. The late 5000 was close to 70 hp.... That will make a 4x4 baler sing. The earlier 5000 will do just fine too. We've put over 20000 bales thorugh a Class 44S behind a 5610, and believe me, it saw a lot of hills. If you just want another big old Allis, that's another thing.... Rod
