We feel for you, it's not pleasant losing a friend. Our cat, I'll call her Wacky cat but Ma calls her Freckles, came running up the drive 2 years ago quite thin and being chased by 2 dogs. I didn't want a cat around as I am lergick to em but the wife was sick at the time and I thought it would cheer her up as long as it stayed outside. As you can guess, she wasn't outside long, as a matter of fact I don't believe she even spent that first night outside and not a one since. Well we had it spayed and have to tell you, she is the best mouser in the area. Always bringing her catches up to the door. She is a dear but I am still lergick to her. Would hate to see something to her. Best of luck finding a replacement for yours, luckily my garage doors roll down and don't swing down as I assume yours do. Well good luck, Kent in KS.
