I have a 1986 Isuzu pup pick up truck. A little history about it is that about 5 or so years ago my dad blew the head gasket. Well it sat parked for about 4 of those years. I then replaced the head gasket, check it over for cracks and found none. Well not the last few time I have used it, it has been hard to start and smokes a lot. Today I drove it to town and noticed that it would start to heat up and the heater would blow cold air. I stopped and checked the coolant level and yep it was low. Filled it and it worked ok if and only if I lift the flip lever on the radiator cap open. So the question is what is going wrong?? I have not had it over heat on me since I put the head gasket on. I'm thinking the head gasket is going again, I did put some bars leak in it today when in town. So what do you guys think might be going on?? Maybe the head gasket of worse yet the head cracked. Thanks for any ideas and way to check it
