Lets try Oliver. I'm talking about the "66" , "77" , "88" , the supers , and the three digit. I'm not familiar with the 4 digit. In other words , I have no personal experience with the 4 digit Olivers. Here it goes: The Olivers pulled good , easy steering , smooth running engine , rode good(ride master seat) , live independent PTO , live double acting hydraulics( which gave 3-point down preasure) , very streamline , which gave the operator good visibility , six speed transmission , with both fast and slow reverse. Anyone who has operated an Oliver back in that time era , knows that the Olivers out performed the rest. How can they say other wise. I would say that anyone who talks down the Olivers , have never operated one. One of the things I have noticed about the Olivers , which isn't the tractors fault is: They will not tolerate poor maintanence as well. OK , I gave my personal opinion. Lets see some other opinions.
