It's funny to see Erol's comments and all ofthe other comments. Sunday I visited a tractor salvage yard, run by a guy who seemed to only see dollars coming from parted out tractors. It gave me an uneasy feeling. Here was the history of America, including all of the dings and dents of years spent building this country, being scrapped. I wound up not buying anything....it just made me sad. Not that being able to buy a specific part isn't nice, it was that the guy doing it was taking RUNNING TRACTORS, and turning them into parts. I got to thinking of What Erol was saying, about money and all, and a lot of what he says makes sense. But it's uncomfotable to remove the emotion from the equation, and his wording makes it seem that that is the level he operrates on (and this salvage guy). Now I'm not educated in the ways of all things Turkish, but I know a local business man who moved here from Turkey abiout twenty years ago, and he is a great guy, but he's a wheeler dealer. Always buy low, selling a little higher. I think of two things when I stop at his place. One is he thinks Americans are a bunch of whiners for having things so easy (compared to his country), but he is greatful to be here (taking our money). And dealing is in his blood. We are just all lucky to have disposable income to spend 4000 on a 2000 dollar tractor, just for fun. That probably would change the perspective on everything. Take Care Steve

I can think of a few common, ordinary sounds in my daily life, too.
