Just picked up a brand new Jeep last week that I ordered while overseas. Well lo and behold, with less than 500 miles, one of the front axle seals blew. (Just been driving normal, no Dukes of Hazzard stuff) Now I understand stuff can happen, but that still makes ya mad when something that new breaks. And when I called to try and get it fixed, one dealership can't get me in until wednesday, (maybe) and the other had some guy filling in that was clueless and would have the regular guy call me on tuesday. So much for standing behind your product. I don't even have 500 miles on this Jeep yet, good thing I have an extra vehicle. I'd take it to my regular guy that does all my other work if it weren't a waranty item. American companies better remember how to serve their customers if they want to stay in business.
