got a call this morning at the shop, older guy. "wife got a cd stuck in the 8 track player in the car, cant get it out. can ya look at it?" yup, bring it by i told him. little while later they show up, prolly 80 something year old couple.he has a walker, didnt want to get out of the car, wife comes in the office. i called about the cd she says. ok i'll take a look. got in on the drivers side, talked to the husband a little. yup he says, wife got a cd stuck in there, i told her to just play the radio, but you know wimmen, they gotta have their music!!. couldnt get the cd to eject, wouldnt play either. hmmmm.....by that time, the wife gets in the back seat to help out. i told the wife .....hold on a second. got my little screwdriver and flashlite out and peeked in the player.......No Disk in there. aha.... grabbed a cd out of the console and stuffed it in the radio....woo hooo!!!! worked fine. told the wife, no problem. no disk in there. oh my she says, though for sure i had a disk in there. husband says to her...."see i told ya to just play the radio" !! she asks, what do i owe you?? no charge i told her. i got a good chuckle out of that!!
