Farmall 826 good or bad?

I need some advice on a Famall 826 gear drive with the 358 German diesel. The tractor is one owner with 4600 hrs, new TA and clutch about five years ago with little use since then. The tractor has a wide front end 3 pt. hitch and a factory roll bar.(no canopy) The rear rubber tread is only about 25%. Sheet metal is perfect with original paint which doesn't look bad at all for its age. I don't think the tractor has ever been worked hard. I am told it was basically a chore tractor. Were these tractors good or bad? The dealer is asking $7000.00. This seems a little high to me. What does anyone else think?
