The throw out bearing is a carbon bearing and does not rotate. The fingers of the clutch pressure plate ride on the face of the carbon . The grease fitting is there so that you can lube the bearing material. The carbone absorbs the grease. Only give the bearing a couple shots of grease a few times a year.
