I cleaned everything very well last year when I went in for open generator surgery. I'm going to go through it one more time and double check everything and make sure I didn't over look anything. It just really gets my goat that after all of that work a little spray of cleaner will make it charge for awhile. It's going to be 60 degrees here in Ky today so between the hunny do stuff I may get a chance to look at it. I've got a new battery and a little 1 amp 6v charger so I don't have to get in a big rush. Have you ever had a little problem like this that just gets under your skin and you can't seem to get it out of your system?
