H upper main bearing removal and piston ring installation.

I am pulling the main bearings tonight. Is there a trick in getting the upper 3 out? Or do I just rotate the upper bearing around the crank? My shop manual has not arrived. What is the foot pounds on the main bearing bolts?

Second question is there any pitfalls to avoid when installing the rings? This is a TISCO kit so the rings are separated and identified to which slot they go.
