230 head bolt torque

I am in the process of getting a service manual for the 230. In the meantime, could someone tell me what the torque should be on the head bolts. Will be my last test before pulling the head off. Valve clearance was ok, and still no change in cly, pressure. Also, what should the torque be for the bearing nuts, as well as the proper plastiguage reading be for the bearings, as I wish to check that as well. thanx to all.
