Do like Red said when replacing the seals.. One thing which you should check, are the internal bearings which support the shaft.. There is a chance that the seals have worn a groove in the shaft, but usually when a seal goes bad directly after replacement, it is because the bearings are bad, and the shaft isn't being supported in the manner which it should, thus letting the shaft fall lower on the seal.. IF you do need to replace the bearings, that will mean that the deck plate needs to come off, and the axles need to come out. If you do have to go this route, it would be wise to check and see if the main shaft is loose (you can check this by just seeing if you can pick it up just a bit)... I know the further you go, the more money it will cost, but believe me, it is well worth it.. good luck
