Yes that is the port I refer to. The fan is direct drive and changes speed with the engine RPM, not cooling demand. And there were never shutters offered on that tractor unless it was ordered as a dual fuel, (and it wasn't) I would bet there were very few made that way. If yours is a 12v, I would take the fan off, and put an electric accessory fan (automotive junkyard part cheap) and blow through the radiator from the engine side to the grill. Use a thermostatically controlled fan switch to turn it off and on. JimN
