I am trying to determine what year/model an engine is. The tractor is a 1947 A, but appears to have a newer engine. The engine has a block-off plate below the mag, usually where the hydraulics would be. It also has c123 cast into the block. I was thinking it was a super A or Super C motor, but it has a dipstick where the Super C's I've seen do not. The block has raised integral numbers 366204 R1. I'm thinking it may be from a 100 or 200. The tractors previous owner had it since 1961, so I know the motor is no newer than 1961. Anybody have any a way to know what year/model its from ? thanks
