C Hydraulic Pump Problem

I have 1949 C that leaks hydraulic fluid into the crank case. I did a little research into the problem, found an article dealing with the issue (here I think),and concluded it was a couple of worn o rings in the unit. Is this a problem that can be easily fixed, or is this kind of problem usually more complicated that a couple of o rings? Would I be better off just finding a quality replacement pump? Any idea what they might cost me?
