Looking at a 706 w/cab

I am looking for a bigger tractor with a cab for plowing snow next winter. I have or have had at times an H, M, Super M, and 560 but never anything as new or big as a 706. The one on Ebay is not the prettiest but sounds mechanically decent, I would just like some more info on 706's before I drive up to look at it (only 3 hours from me). This one is a gas (which I prefer as it isn't used often) and has no TA from the factory.

Any information, caveats, etc.. you guys can provide would be great (including what it may be worth $).
