Hey Dick - The cam timing marks on my Super M consist of a prick punch between two teeth, and what looks like a pair parenthesis...looks like this: ( )...exactly 180 opposite. Neither mark is very prominent. I presume the H is similar. If you lay a straight edge across the face of the gear and 90 deg to the keyway, the prick punch mark will be exactly 1 tooth counterclockwise from the straight edge. (Punch below for a photo of what I'm trying to describe...) If memory serves me correct (no guarantee here!), the timing mark on the crank gear is a bevelled tooth that aligns with the crank gear keyway. However if you cannot find crank gear mark, set the crank with #1 piston at TDC, then install the cam gear so either of the timing marks is opposite the crank gear tooth in mesh with the cam gear. That should find the marked crank gear and you should have it. Hope this helps, and good luck!
