Update on 350 runs but misses - still need help!

Okay, so far I have changed plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, points, condensor and coil. Adjusted carb to run leaner, checked governor springs in distributor. Still misses just like when I started working on it. It must be something either stuck or broken, because problem started all of a sudden. Compression checks 140 psi on all four cylinders. Could problem be stuck exhaust valve? Thanks for your earlier suggestions.
