I'll do the fenders tomorrow and by Monday I should be ready to paint. With a factory rebuilt Sharpe HVLP gun, I'll be using CaseIH 2150, thinned by a pint to a gallon, with an industrial hardener from NAPA, also a pint to a gallon. Seems to me I should paint it once with the parts all over the barn, then put it together and do a second coat assembled. Does that make sense? So. Can anybody give me a pretty good idea how much paint I'm going to need? Thanks, everybody. RedTed/MO (about to become RedShoesTed/MO).
