Set your DC/1-4 mark in line with the timing mark. Start with the distribuitor retarded (rotate in same direction as cam rotates), then slowly advance distributor until points JUST OPEN. Lock down the distributor. The rest of the advance occurs in the distributor. Mine was messed up inside and was not advancing. Make sure the weights,springs and shaft are all working and not rusted stiff or wobbling around. One condensor is all you need. Points should be .020 with dist. and .013 with mag.
