BOLT head on the loose

now that steven@nd has the piston i need to know where that darn %&*&^%&%*($#()^@% bolt head that f%&*^ up the piston in the first place came from. the bolt head is a 9/32 and has a hardness of 5 from what i can see on the crushed head, though i maybe wrong the only place i can think it came from is the carb. HELP!!!!!
