Yes I also found something called a drop stop valve. The thing is I don't really know how to go about bleeding it if this is what I need to do. I also read that if the tractor won't lift or lower then it may have been an overheated situation that basically took out the pump seal. But this doesn't seem to make sense to me because if there was leaking fluid into the engine crank case then the implement should go down right? By the way thanks it seems that you are the only one that has the time to help, really appreciate it.
