Bob, Excellent info. There is compression at the plugs with the transfer lever in the start position so that's working. I don't smell any gas in the exhaust (of course it just smells like diesel anyway) and the plugs are dry. Therefore, based on the confidence you gave me to pull the carb apart and the fact that the plugs are dry, I am going to assume the problem is a plugged carb. Are there any adjustments on this carb? I don't see any mixture or idle adjustments. Maybe I'm just not seeing it. Again, thanks for all your help and your ongoing comments are much appreciated. Clark
