It runs good for a few min. then goes south. The 1 and 4 are clean almost to clean. 2 and 3 are wet and black. Compression is 75psi x4 and I did each one four times to be sure. Then I pulled the plugs grounded them and cranked it and all spark with any wire with any plug. I swapped the 1 wire on 2 and the the 2 wire on 1 as well as the plugs and did the same with 3 and 4. The original 2 and 3 plugs cleaned up really good in 1 and 4 and the former 1 and 4 were wet and black in 2 and 3. Tonight I'll take the tappet cover off and recheck clearance and then hand crank and recheck everything timing wise. It has elec. ign. Also I stripped the paint of the front hubs and rims. It has the non adj. rim clamp style wheels and noticed that one was newer same part number. The older on has the IHC with 5/8" holes and the newer on has just IH with 9/16" holes and a little differant outside dia. form.
