Finally got my Super A running and I decided to plow up a small garden( two furrow plough). I may have gotten 18" and she bogged down and quit. I tried several times but she kept on quitting, so I put her away. My friend, who has been farming for 30 years and has five tractors, told me that I may have a small piece of dirt in the the seat under the needle. He told me that when my tractor came under load the small piece of dort would restict the extra gas from being drawn and the tractor will bogg out and stall. I told him that I install new wires and plugs, neeedle and seat, points and condenser, coil and a new sediment bowl assy. He asked me when did I install the new sediment assy- before or after the gas tank was cleaned out. I told him the new sediment assy was the last thing I installed( after a year of tinkering). He said that was proberly the cause of my trouble and to take off the carb and dis-assemble and re-clean and re-install. It makes sense but does anyone have any more suggestions? All I want is to be able to use my Super A without having it die on me.
