I have a 1967 656 deisel with a front end loader. Last week it was in forward, and suddenly it seemed to jump out of gear. The lever was still in the original position. After that, it continually got worse. You could slide the lever forward and the tractor would move for a few seconds and then seem to jump out of gear again. You could slide the lever backward a small bit and the tractor would move forward again for a few seconds and then seem to jump out of gear. Nothing in my troubleshooting manual seems to fit this problem. We've owned this tractor for 30 years, and this is the first hydro problem we've had. Can anyone help? Thanks.
