Super M won't move

Lately when I start up the Super M, get it warmed up, put it in gear (usually 3rd) and let out the clutch it pulls down the motor and doesn't move. Put it in first and let out the clutch slowly it does the same thing. Pop the clutch in first it lurches forward and then you can use any gear you want. It shifts into/out of gear without issue. Is this a symptom of my gear lube freezing? or something else?
