I was pushing a large pile of branches with my 504 loader. A branch managed to break this white thing on the right side of the engine. It broke and the engine stopped. Now it only fires once over and quits. It is(was) white and right near the distributor cap. Wires screwed down on each end and a funny spiral wire in the middle. Seems to be ceramic. Is this a ballust resistor? If so, where do I get a new one? Do I need to know anything about volts etc. or are they all the same? Am I going to zap myself putting a new one in? Thanks in adavance, Joe
