VAPOR LOCKED M ???

MY 1940 FARMALL M STARTS GREAT WHEN ITS COLD,BUT
ONCE IT IS AT NORMAL OPERATING TEMP IT WILL NOT
START.IT HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO 12V BUT THERE IS
A CERAMIC 6V REDUCER TO THE COIL. IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL COIL AND DIST. I HAVE NOTICED CONDENSATION ON THE MANIFOLD WHERE THE CARB MOUNTS TO IT. COULD IT BE VAPOR LOCKED???
I AM ALSO WONDERING IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO ADD
POWER STEERING TO THIS TRACTOR??? THANK YOU.
