Your tractor serial number looks to be a 1948 (I haven't checked, just click "Serial Numbers" to your left under "Research & Info". Your block serial number would appear to be in 1954. Now the casting code you posted appears to be for the 20th of June 1952. I would suggest you try and clean your block serial number a bit better because I can't see how you can have a '54 serial number and a '52 block (not that it would be impossible:). You should probably check the rest of the tractor as all of the major cast components should have the codes on them and that'll give you a better idea when it was built. As to your carb. problem I think all of the Zenith carbs have a small circular disc on the top surface which will yield a model number if you can clean it well enough. Hope this helps, SAm in NS
