CNKS: I've always considered the changing of those side decals was much like an old farmer cleaning up his barnyard,"Something had to go" As far as the McCormicks and the Deerings go, Brooks is a progeny of both. Money is what counted with these birds. Clearly by the early 1950s IH, Farmall and International were the recognized trademarks, so why call it anything else. By the way Deering is still on my 53 Super A and McCormick only on my 58 - 130. I know McCormick was on my 67 - 656.
