Thanks for the feedback. I gave in and had my local dealer test the compression, and all cylinders are below 200 (factory spec is 350 psi). All injectors are below spec, and there were 2 more bad glow plugs in addition to the 2 I found. This really suprised me because the tractor appears to have been well kept, and the "working" hour meter is only 3300 hours. The head hasn't come off so I don't know what the valves or cylinder walls look like. Can I put any life back in the tractor for less than $1000? I really appreciate the advice.
