B-250 Questions

Hi,

I am in the process of buying a B-250 with a few problems. First off, the front end loader starts out real strong, but as the tractor warms up, it gradually gets weaker. What could this be? Relief valve, or filters plugging after a while. Where are the hydraulic filters and relief valves located on this tractor. Also, the tractor is very hard to start. I have to use ether, and it is still hard. After it has warmed up, I still cant restart it when warm. I think there may be a problem with the injector pump, maybe it needs a good bleeding???
